Timely Service & Turn Around Time

I know how dependant we have all become on our computers and support equipment, with that in mind I am dedicated to fixing or finding a work around for you in the least amount of time. When it comes to getting an appointment I will do my best to return your call in a timely manner and schedule an appointment with you. If your computer requires a repair I strive to get repairs done within 48 hours, of course based on parts availability.

My regular business hours are from 9 am to 6 pm.

Any problems you have that are not time sensative will be scheduled in the next available appointment. The latest I will schedule an appointment without considering it after hours is 7 PM.

After Hours & Week End Support

I charge time and a half for after hours or week end support. This includes phone and remote tech support.
