Servicing the Brainerd Lakes & Surrounding Areas.I grew up in the Brainerd Lakes Area, attended Pequot Lakes from grade school through high school, attended Central Lakes College (CLC) in Staples and have a large extended family in this area. After working for Apple Inc.© in Minneapolis MN, then Miami FL, and back to Edina MN, I decided to move back into the area in order to be closer to my family and begin something new. Realizing a need in the area for experienced Mac centric tech support I have decided to hang out my hat and start a business that will provide excellent customer service at a competitive price. Much of my background and schooling took me through many industries. I majored in Prepress Art and Design. I worked in Graphic Design for a local sign making business that gave me valuable experience using programs like Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop and FlexiSign Pro. Later I worked for several years in web design furthering my knowledge of design, web technologies and networking. When Apple Inc.© began opening their retail stores I decided that would be a good opportunity and applied for a job at the not yet open Mall of America Apple Store. I was hired and that event lead me on an 8 year adventure across the USA and through corporate America, meeting many amazing people and learning the entire time. When I began at Apple Inc.© there were only 2 stores open in the entire world. Upon my leaving there were almost 300 stores open worldwide and the company had become one of the top companies in the Fortune 500. It was an amazing experience, and I cherish the memories and people I met along the way. I look forward to meeting many more interesting and wonderful people on this, my next adventure. 
Excellent Customer Service!I was employed by Apple Inc. as a Mac Genius for almost 9 years. As part of that job I was given 3 weeks of customer experience skills training, followed by 2 more weeks of in-depth technical immersion training. I feel very fortunate to have worked for Apple Inc., as I believe they are one of the most customer focused companies with which you could ever do business. My time at Apple was spent developing customer service skills and becoming extremely familiar with the ins and outs of every model of Mac and Mac OS made in the last decade or more.
